An adventurous journey to the edge of Europe: Georgia. A week-long tour to discover a country still largely untouched by mass tourism but that, for precisely this reason, is capable of revealing ancient knowledge and bearing witness to modern contradictions. Thanks to a packed and intense program, we were able to explore Tbilisi, a gigantic, bustling capital with a brutalist character; immerse ourselves in mountain landscapes dotted only with remote monasteries; stroll through fertile countryside where millenary winemaking techniques are preserved, and savour a gastronomic culture of excellence. All of this pivoted around one constant: that is, the attention and care that Georgians devote to celebrating all together.
